Compost tumblers at WeGrowOrganic

Sealed, rotating bins for fast, tidy compost

Compost tumblers are enclosed drums that rotate on a frame — a clean, rodent-proof way to make compost quickly in even the smallest garden.

A spin every couple of days keeps the material aerated and mixed, producing finished compost in as little as 6–8 weeks with almost no mess.

How it works
  1. 01

Fill the tumbler with a balanced mix of greens and browns.

  2. 02

Close and rotate 3–5 turns every 2–3 days.

  3. 03

Check moisture — add water or dry material as needed.

  4. 04

Watch the volume shrink as it heats and breaks down.

  5. 05

Stop adding once full and let the batch finish for 2–3 weeks.

  6. 06

Empty, screen and use — then start a fresh batch.
